This shoot grew from my desire to do something dramatic with my beautiful sister Erika. Nature sent us an unusual landscape to work with, and I couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful model to make the most of it. I am especially impressed with her ability to hike through rough terrain in above-the-knee, 4-inch-stiletto-heeled boots. Can I get an amen to that?
A huge, warm, fabulous thank you to Proyecto Oniric for giving me permission to use his music. It really made the show, don’t you think? (If you loved the song as much as I do, you’ll be glad to know that it’s available on iTunes.) Thanks also to FreqMan over at Freesound for making the beginning/ending sound effects available for public use. I’m very grateful for other artists who make their hard work and intellectual property available for collaborations such as this.
I’ll post the images from this shoot – including some not featured in the movie – tomorrow. You’ll hear more details then about the shoot, outfit, and props, too. See you soon!
